Francesco Arlia Jr., CPA, Managing Partner       Francesco Arlia, Jr., CPA is a graduate of Bernard M. Baruch College, where he held the positions of both vice-president and treasurer of the accounting society. While attending college, Mr. Arlia was employed with the law and accounting firm of Marks, Macchiarolla & Savino. At the age of 19, he was entrusted to travel nationally and internationally negotiating contracts on behalf of a firm partner. As a junior in college, Mr. Arlia established Arco Financial Services, the firm that has been his focus since 1997. Arco Financial Services has since expanded into Arlia & Associates CPA's LLP, a full service accounting and consulting firm. He is a licensed CPA in New York and New Jersey. He specializes in real estate and business management consulting. Mr. Arlia is a registered representative with Omni Brokerage and is currently pursuing his certification in financial planning and forensic accounting.        Mr. Arlia is a devoted member of the Staten Island community and is currently an active member of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Staten Island Council. He also benefits from membership with AICPA, NYSSCPA, NJSSCPA and the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce.
